Joe Biden will be touring the Proterra factory in Greeneville SC

To champion Bidens infrastructure plan (and the billions that will be sat aside for electrification of the federal fleet and school buses) he is virtually touring the factory.

ACTC has been hit hard by the recent SPAC attac and the SEC's push to potentially look into SPAC's and the way they communicate forward-looking styatements.

ACTC has always looked like a good short-term play to me on the upcoming merger + infrastructure but certainly has some merit as a long-term investment being the largest US player in the EV bus field, with a ready-for-market product, 17M miles driven, over 1,000 buses sold, and orders waiting for fulfillment.

The recent announcements of sales to multiple cities (Chicago CTA, Juneau AK, Charleston, and many others) and being approved by the state of Washington for state contractual purposes should have juiced the stock but the "SPAC attac" has left it down 10% over the past month.

It appears this news will juice it up and hopefully that will lead to a nice peak when the merger is finalized end of April or Mid-may.

Previous forecasts were $28-$30 pre-merger but this can be higher if the infrastructure news, merger news, and Bidens visit (depending on how long the hype lasts) all bouy the stock at the same time.

Position:
12.50c, 15c, 17.50c, all 5/21 EXP + shares
(Almost wish I would have bought them for Aug to give the market some time)

I am extremely bullish on the short-term potential. I am still bullish long-term but less so on prospects of competition heating up.
