**St. James Gold Corp.** is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp. as lead agent for a private placement of up to 2,170,000 units of the Company at a price of $3.00 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of up to $6,510,000.
Seems like this money here will be intended for closing initial payments on their Florin Gold project as well as drilling. Also for drilling on their Newfoundland properties. This provides a lot of cash required in order to get drill results. This is early on and a great position to ride the wave upwards once results clock in.
The company's 22,000 acre project has only been drilled on 1% of the space so far. There is an estimated 2.47M ounces of gold inferred within. It is located on one of the world's most prolific gold belts as well. Very promising but early on, keep an eye or get in before she gets going.
