S2 Minerals Inc. has just listed on the CSE
S2 Minerals Inc., a Canadian mineral exploration company, has just gone public on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). Their shares have been listed as of June 24, 2021, under the ticker symbol 'STWO'.
This Canadian company was founded in 2020 and is currently focusing on the Sandy Lake project in Ontario, a site that has 167,000 acres of contiguous mineral claims. S2 has 100% interest in the mineral rights of 137,000 acres and 50.1% interest in 15,000 acres of the "Weebigee Joint Venture" claims. They also have 50% interest in another 15,000 acres of claims in joint ventures with Goldeye Explorations Limited. In the Sandy Lake Greenstone Belt Project, they have reported that high-grade gold mineralization was first found from Sandy Lake in the early 20th century and high-grade gold showings have been documented along the full 60km length of the lake.
The Company currently has 25,311,334 common shares outstanding on a fully diluted basis; and raised $1.2 million from the recently completed rights offering. The current price of 'STWO' sits at $0.16 CAD. According to S2, it is expected that overtime, they may add new Canadian projects to its portfolio.
