CCTV News reported on 29th that since the central government implemented agricultural insurance premium subsidy policy in 2007, China's agricultural insurance work has gradually developed and achieved positive results. In 2020, China's agricultural insurance premium income is 81.5 billion yuan, the largest scale of agricultural insurance in the world. In particular, the government at all levels of the country has provided a total subsidies of 60.3 billion yuan for insurance premium, which is worth of 4.13 trillion yuan in agricultural risks protection. The fund utilization effect of central fiscal subsidies has been magnified by 145 times.
