PICC's premium income in the first half of 2021 reaches 341.528 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.93%
People's Insurance Company of China(PICC) issued a premium income announcement on the evening of July 13. According to the announcement, from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021, PICC’s accumulative original insurance premium income was 341.528 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.93%. Specifically, PICC P&C, PICC Life, and PICC Health achieved original insurance premium income of 251.825 billion yuan, 64.133 billion yuan and 25.570 billion yuan in the first half of 2021, respectively, representing a year-on-year increase of 2.52%, -4.61%, and 15.32%.
