Good morning from #Germany where the housing boom has stopped, despite ECB's money printing. Europace Real Estate Index fell 0.2% in Sep MoM, the biggest drop since Apr2020 & 2nd decline in a row. The last time there were 2 neg mths in a row was at the turn of the year 2017/2018. h/t Holger Zschaepitz
