#China's most-actively traded thermal #coal futures contract in Zhengzhou tumbled 8% to hit 802 yuan/tonne, before closing 7.2% down at 809.6 yuan/ tonne.
China produced 360 million tonnes of coal in October, marking the highest since at least March 2015, showed NBS data.
