Over the weekend there has been a trending story of an upcoming diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) shortage. There are many articles and youtube videos on it, yet I have only found one news station cover the story. Here is the link:

Basically, in order for diesel trucks to run, they use this fluid to reduce emissions. The fluid is 1/3 urea, a fertilizer, with Russia being its largest producer. Due to the war and supply shortages, we are running out of the diesel exhaust fluid.

You might be thinking, “well I do not drive a diesel vehicle, so I will be fine!” Wrong. When you consider that nearly all of our consumables are moved by diesel trucks at one point or another, you can see how dark this is. We are talking about increased supply shortages and empty shelves. Diminished profits for retailers. Many Americans including myself believe our current administration is incapable of handling this situation. When this story hits the news, expect more red market days.

Stock up your shelves and toilet paper, and load up on puts. This recession has only just begun.

TLDR: more supply shortages coming, economy is collapsing, bulls are fucked.
