After Biden's speech on friday and the FED leak from WSJ, most experts are expecting a hike rate of 0.75 today at 1400. As Powell previously press conferences expected to raise 0.50 hikes at this meeting, much attention will be on the guiding i.e. hike rates further in fall. Question will be if FED will take the choice of hiking into a recession to avoid stagflation. Aggressive hiking with record high trillions of government debt is most likely not to be taken lightly.
