Yellen says that a recession is “not inevitable.” Then goes on to acknowledge that she expects economic slowing. We already have experienced one quarter of negative growth so a second Quarter would be by definition a recessions. Yellen further goes on to say about Powells attempt to curb inflation while maintaining a strong job market will take “Skill and luck”. She has the same knowledge of a WSB member
