Market Update: Taiwan Jobless Rate Steady in April
The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in Taiwan was little changed at 3.71 percent in April of 2021, compared to 3.72 percent in March, returning to pre-pandemic levels. There were 444 thousand unemployed persons and 11.534 million employed, barely unchanged from last month. Meantime, the labor force participation rate was 59.23 percent.
