Market Update: Colombia Leading Economic Index Jumps Record 28.7%
The economy of Colombia grew a record 28.7 percent year-on-year in April of 2021, following a revised 11.9 percent contraction in the previous month. Output advanced faster for industrial activities (84.4 percent vs 24.8 percent in March), primary activities (12.2 percent vs 4.6 percent) and services (22.9 percent vs 10.3 percent).
