Market Update: French Services Sector Growth Strongest since 2018
The IHS Markit France Services PMI rose to 57.4 in June of 2021 from 56.6 in the previous month but below market expectations of 59.4, a flash estimate showed. The latest reading pointed to the strongest expansion in services activity since April of 2018, amid the further easing of lockdown restrictions. New orders, exports and output expanded faster.
