Chinese online #game firms trade higher, on report that Chinese regulators will soon restart issuing online game license after 3-month suspension.

An index tracking mainland-listed firms gains over 2%. In HK, Tencent gained as much as 3% to jump above HK$500, NetEase up over 5%.
