Good morning from #Germany, where fuel prices have skyrocketed. Gasoline costs more than 2 euros per liter for the first time ever. One reason is increased oil prices, but also the weak Euro and higher CO2 taxes have driven up the price at the pump. h/t Holger Zschaepitz
