Market Update: UK Factory Output Surges at Record Pace
Manufacturing production in the UK soared 39.7 percent year-on-year in April of 2021, a record growth rate after a record 30.3 percent fall last year when the coronavirus pandemic hit the economy hard. Figures compare with market forecasts of 41.8 percent.
