$OCGN announced a partnership with a INDIA based Covid 19 vaccine that uses dead cells instead of live, it has extremely promising data and had already spoken to the FDA. They offered a direct share this weekend of $23 mil at over $2 more per share then closing price on Friday (regular hours). This has the potential to skyrocket.
