Market Update: Polish Industrial Output Growth Beats Forecasts
Poland’s industrial production rose by 29.8 percent year-on-year in May 2021, following a record 44.5 percent increase in the previous month and beating market expectations of a 29 percent growth. Output advanced at a softer pace for both manufacturing (32.4 percent vs 50.6 percent in April) and water supply; sewerage waste management and remediation activities (17.4 percent vs 20.1 percent).
