Market Update: Eurozone Consumer Morale at 3-1/2-Year High
The consumer confidence indicator in the Euro Area rose by 1.8 points from a month earlier to -3.3 in June 2021, the highest level since January 2018 and slightly above market expectations of -3.0, a flash estimate showed. Sentiment has been recently supported by the reopening of the economy and the acceleration of COVID vaccinations.
