PRVB down almost 40% after market hours.. What gives?!
Can anyone explain why PRVB plummeted as soon as the clock struck for market close?! Is this a sick joke?? No news other than a press release that they sat on **for days** before filing that essentially says the FDA found some "deficiencies" w/ their study that must be resolved. 1) Why would they wait days to file the FDA's response, let alone wait until the minute markets close to do so? Is this not sketchy AF?
2) Why TF would that be a reason for the stock to drop like it did?! Am I missing something?
