Chinese #property developer Sunshine 100 tumbled as much as 87% before paring loss to 40% in HK. The company said Mon morning that it's unable to pay $170 mln principle and $8.9 mln interest on a 10.5% dollar bonds due Dec. 5 due to liquidity issues.
