Good Morning from #Germany where construction prices markedly increased in 2021. Producer price increase for building materials such as timber & steel was larger than ever since survey was 1st conducted in 1949. Prices up 77.3% for construction timber, +65.1% for roof battens. h/t Holger Zschaepitz
