“India Emerges as a Major Player in Airplane Purchases with Historic 500-Plane Order”

The upcoming major purchasers are the Indians.

During the Paris air show, Airbus received a historic request from Indian airline IndiGo for the purchase of 500 planes, demonstrating the tremendous demand from the largest country in the world. This purchase sets a new record, surpassing the previous highest order of 470 planes made by Air India earlier this year.
